The Journal encourages trans- and multidisciplinary scientific research that contributes to broadening the horizon of knowledge. One of the main objectives of the journal is to create a unity between theory and the empirical aspect and translate theoretical perception of science to the applied as a practical and useful part in the organizations and socio-economic environment.
Cross- and interdisciplinary approaches. Interdisciplinarity involves the combining of two or more academic disciplines into one research project. It is about creating something new by crossing boundaries, and thinking across them. It is related to an interdiscipline or an interdisciplinary field, which is an organizational unit that crosses traditional boundaries between academic disciplines or schools of thought, as new needs and professions emerge.
